- Organized monthly social and panel events for students pursuing a Bachelor of Media Studies.
- Took initiative to design a website after rebranding and being the first team to acquire funding from the UBC AMS.

Was responsible for organizing social and educational events for the students in the Bachelor of Media Studies Program.
Throughout my time working for the Media Studies Student Association, I have learned how to come up with solutions for many problems. Considering this is a fairly new club at UBC, we had to establish ourselves during a global pandemic. This affected the way we interacted with the students. All of the events that we had worked hard to plan got cancelled and we had to come up with ways to compensate for this. Problem-solving skills and learning to be open-minded and adaptable were crucial during this time. While we have hit many roadblocks in the past, I do believe that I have learned how to properly work within a diverse team and be creative with the steps we choose to take in the future.
